RandD > 2008.05.22 (Thu) - Some days you just have to wonder... What's the point? Well, it's never as bad as we first make it out to be. Oh well, tomorrow is Friday and then a three day weekend, we'll see how things work out with the news we got today. Maybe I'll share more about it later. See you all tomorrow, Darron

RandD > 2008.12.19 (Fri) - Ceramic Snowman (except for the scarf) Had a nice day, got up late, went in late, took off before 1PM for a Christmas luncheon at our old office with our fellow SGS employees. The food was good, the company was even better. It was nice just hanging out and sharing stories and laughter. We were all given a generous Christmas bonus and then let go early. Got home to the family, we had planned on going to a Christmas service with family and friends. Mel is sick so she and Craig couldn't make it. The services were awesome! Lincoln Brewster, Jeff Scott, and the rest of the worship performed an incredible service and the message was very good as well. Got home and I had to find another snowman to shoot, I didn't have to try very hard to find another. This one was hiding in the main bathroom, just let me know when you are all tired of snowmen and I'll find something new! I've got to run, hope you all had a nice day. Merry Christmas, Darron
RandD > 2008.11.01 (Sat) - Our little tinkerbell. I didn't like any of the photos I took today so I decided to post one of Peyton in her costume last night. I hope you all had a nice Halloween. Until tomorrow, Darron
RandD > 2009.03.01 (Sun) - Started our day at church, service was good. After church Robin and I stopped off for breakfast and then went to the Auto parts store to pick up a Battery for Jens car and some tail-lights for mine. After that we did some shopping for dinner and returned home. I worked on the cars in the rain, Robin cleaned. Got word that Rob and his wife had their baby, looking forward to hearing more... It rained all day and I didn't take a photo so I am posting one from the other morning in Fair Oaks. Hope you all had a nice weekend. Until tomorrow, Darron
RandD > 2008.08.25 (Mon) - Typical Monday. Robin is back to work this week, starting with a graveyard. She was sleeping when I got home, I tried not to wake her but... Well, we watched the rest of the movie we started the other day, then took off for a drive together. We headed west from our home and stopped to grab this shot. Here are some more from tonight. RandD > 2008.07.07 (Mon) - Ended up taking the day off today, wasn't feeling so great. We had Peyton in the evening, Kayla arrived to pick her up but stayed for a movie. While the family watched their movie, I grabbed this shot of our beautiful Petyon. Good night, Darron
RandD > 2009.01.13 (Tue) - New years shoes Well, I did it... Got up early this AM and ran 5K. The good news is that I was able to make the full distance non-stop, the bad news was my time, 36:05. A year ago I had a 5K PR of 27:09 so I have a long way to go. Got in to work and busted though some screen designs before lunch. I packed a healthy lunch and felt pretty good all day. I wrapped up the work day by 4PM, got home and watched some news, ate dinner, and then went on a nice 5K walk with Robin. Brandon got his replacement MacBook this evening, we cloned his hard drive before we shipped out the defective one so now we are cloning his new hard drive and he will be back in business by tomorrow. After starting B's clone restore, I grabbed this quick shot of my new running shoes for a daily and now I'm ready to relax with Robin for the rest of the night. Until tomorrow, Darron (251.2 [-5])
RandD > 2008.10.09 (Thu) - Rode the bike in today, it was a bit cool on the way in. got in about 6:30. I stirred things up a bit at work today, just running out of patience regarding an issue I've been dealing with for a while. I tend to be a fairly patient person but today I decided to make some noise. I hope the issue gets resolved soon but I won't hold my breath. After stirring things up I attended a couple of meetings and the rest of the time I struggled with some PL/SQL code today before giving up and going home. I did have a nice lunch with Bobby, the best part of my work day. The ride home was grueling with a 15.8 mile per hour head wind for 50 minutes straight, I was beat when I got home. Watched some TV and relaxed a bit until Robin got up. She was getting ready to work and we got a little time together before she had to take off. I decided to do a SP for today's daily but I really didn't like the way any of them turned out. B&W conversion looked better but still not to thrilled with it so I decided to go for an abstract of myself. I guess I can be a grump sometimes, I wonder if this is how people see me sometimes... I certainly feel this way sometimes! Until tomorrow, Darron
